I want to buy a samurai sword and I don’t want to get my money stolen for a Cheap Sword I want it to be durable and usable

If you want a REAL samurai sword, you can get a $5,000.00 (minimum) real nihonto from Japan. But I would consider one of those a work of art and wouldn’t cut with them. They are too beautiful to risk damaging through tameshigiri.

I have handled these swords before, and trust me, they are the closest you can get to a REAL Japanese Sword. Be prepared to pay anywhere from $500.00 – $2,000.00 Stay away from their cheaper ones. Also, stay away from everything that is below $300.00 dollars. SO MANY people out there try to deceive people. I suggest doing some research and joining The Sword forum online. They have experts there that can lead you in the right direction.
